Our Sparkling Apple Cider uses the same great apple juice we use in our range of fresh juices at Spreyton Fresh. The juice is processed weekly, carefully fermented for a very short period of time, filtered, carbonated, and bottled.
This ensures we maintain a great apple flavour, and take the edge off the natural sweetness in the juice. The result is a balanced, refreshing, and delicious non-alcoholic cider.

Our Spiced Pear cider is a winter, seasonal release, and a first for 2022. As soon as you crack open a can you can smell the wonderful aroma of cooking spices that complement a poached pear – cinnamon, vanilla, and cloves.
We have carefully blended our original pear cider with the mulling spices, nothing artificially added, to ensure those morish spices complement the delicate pear flavour of the pear.
This concept has been in the pipeline for over a year, so we were rapt with how the first attempt has turned out and have limited the release to just 4500L.

In a land of migrants like Tasmania it is unusual to find a family that is 5 generations Tasmanian on both sides. While one side ploughed the land and planted apple trees, the other half were busy ploughing the seas!
One of our Great, Great Grandfather’s, was a Hobart based Master Mariner. The story goes that he never went to sea without a keg or two of Ginger Beer, made to his own recipe,
which he swore was the best cure for sea sickness! Stepping ashore for the last time in the 1890’s he switched from the stormy seas to the rambunctious life of a waterfront
publican, one thing however remained the same, there was always a keg of Ginger Beer on the go behind the bar!
We have been able to piece together this family recipe from old notebooks and other family heirlooms and hope you enjoy the traditional flavours as much as we do!
