1. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

By completing this form, agreeing to our T&C and paying the venue hire fee, this booking will be confirmed.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

For notice of cancellation in writing MORE THAN 90 days prior to your event – a refund of 80% of the venue hire fee will apply.

For notice of cancellation in writing WITHIN 90 days prior to your event – a refund of 50% of the venue hire fee will apply.

For notice of cancellation in writing WITHIN 30 days prior to your event – no refund will apply.

3. LOSS AND DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

You are responsible for all loss and damage to the property of Spreyton Cider Co caused by or arising from any act or omission by you, your guests or any other persons attending your function.

In completing this booking form, these terms and conditions are binding upon the client.

LAST DRINKS / END TIME

• Last round of drinks will be called from 10:15pm and bar will close strictly at 10:30pm.
• Music will be turned down/off at 10:45pm to finish the night at 11pm.
• Please ask your guests to have an taxi, designated driver or pick up already organised.

BAR TAB / DRINK OPTIONS

• We are happy to run a bar tab for you. Please leave your credit card behind the counter. Let us know how big the tab is, when our staff should notify you and what drinks are included. Payment must be settled on the night.
• We have a good variety of drink options from alcoholic to non-alcoholic. Be aware that we have a no shot policy and we only serve mixed spirits (not straight).
• There is strictly no BYO. Drinks that have been brought in will be confiscated and may be returned at the end of the night. This is to ensure responsible service occurs across venue for the duration of event and in accordance with our liquor license rules.

MUSIC / MUSICIANS / MEDIA

• We have a music background system with speakers in the inside and outside area, as well as inside the bar.
• You are welcome to connect a device with the sound system via bluetooth. Be aware that the device needs to stay near the sound system (bar) as otherwise connection breaks up.
• You are welcome to organise a musician(s) or DJ. Set up is in the left corner near the main entrance. We ask musician/DJ to play last song not later than 10:45pm and to have volume up to a certain extend. Please respect staff when asking to reduce volume.

DECORATION/CONFETTI

• Feel free to decorate the venue. We ask to have all decoration removed by the end of the night (Exception are themes, such as our Christmas decoration. We do ask not to remove any decoration, unless approved by staff).
• Paper confetti or table scatters are not permitted.
• Furniture can be moved and adjusted. Please let staff know and ask for help.

CAKE

• You are welcome to bring a cake. We can store the cake (on the day or day before) in our cool room.
• Please make sure you bring a cake knife, serviettes/plates, disposable cutlery,…

SMOKING

• We have a designated smoking area located in the outside area (signed) near our on-site food van. Please make your guests aware of this.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited elsewhere

KIDS PLAYGROUND

• We have an on-site kids playground. Be aware that due to safety reasons we have to lock the playground either once it gets dark or latest by 7:30pm.
• We have a big outside area and there is plenty of space to play. Be aware that it is a working orchard with hazards and we ask for parents supervision.
• Please keep kids close to the venue, especially once it gets dark outside as there is limited lighting away from the cellar door in the orchard area.
