Spreyton Apple Brandy
Alcoholic Range > Shop All > Spirits
We took our orchard apples and aged them into something with serious depth.
Distilled in-house by our head cidermaker, then left for three years in an ex-port cask. The result is rich, complex, and a lot closer to a good whisky than you’d expect from an apple. Warm, layered, built to be sipped slow. Best enjoyed neat or over ice. For those who know what they like.

This one started as cider. Same apples, same orchard, same hands that have been pressing fruit here for five generations. We just took it further.
Distilled in-house and put down in an ex-port cask, then left alone for three years to do it’s thing. Port casks give back slowly, and you can taste it. Dried fruit, vanilla, leather, oak, and a depth that’s a long way from where the apples began.
There’s only ever as much as one cask gives us, so every release carries its own character. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
Grown, distilled and aged on the same patch of Tasmanian soil our family has worked since 1908. This is what happens when you let an orchard age.
Five generations in the making. Since 1908.
