100% Kingston Black apples, grown on our Spreyton orchard and pressed with nothing else in the blend. Our Kingston Black is the rare exception, one of the only apples in the world with the natural balance of tannin, acidity and flavour to stand alone. So, we have done the simplest thing possible with it. Handpicked, tree ripened, pressed and fermented, with no other apple in sight.

Rich, characterful and beautifully balanced. This is cider the way it was always meant to be made. The aroma is rich baked apple with a hint of spice. On the palate it’s full and rounded, with gentle tannin giving it real structure and depth, before a long, clean, dry finish.
