Santa Paws at Spreyton Cider Co: Terms and Conditions

Bookings

1. Pet photos with Santa are free, but bookings are essential. Each booking is for one 5-minute session.
2. Each booking covers up to two pets. If you’re bringing more, please make a separate booking.
3. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to fit you in, but we can’t guarantee your spot if the next session has started.
4. If you can’t make it, please cancel your booking so another pet can have a turn.

Your pet’s behaviour
5. We love all pets, but if your dog is aggressive or reactive towards people or other animals, we kindly ask that you don’t register. Santa needs both arms for Christmas Eve.
6. A responsible adult must stay with your pet or pets at all times and is responsible for their behaviour, along with any mess or damage they cause.
7. If your pet becomes stressed, anxious or unsettled, Santa or our team may pause or end the session. Your pet’s wellbeing comes first.

Keeping everyone safe
8. Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
9. Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, mice and other small pets must arrive in a secure carrier or enclosure.
10. For their safety, small pets will stay with their owner or in their carrier during the photo. Santa may give a pat but won’t pick up your pet unless you’re happy for him to.
11. While waiting, please keep a respectful distance from other pets. Some of our guests are very small, and some are a little nervous.
12. Please don’t feed other people’s pets. If your pet has allergies, let our team know before your session.
13. Please only bring pets that are healthy and up to date with their vaccinations.
14. Please clean up after your pet. Bags will be available at the Cellar Door.
15. Dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas only and can’t come into indoor dining or food preparation areas. Assistance animals are welcome everywhere.

Photos
16. Festive outfits are welcome, as long as your pet is comfortable.
17. Please bring your own camera or phone. Our team will be happy to help snap your photo. Spreyton Cider Co doesn’t provide printed or digital photos.
18. Spreyton Cider Co may take photos on the day for use on our website and social media. If you’d prefer that you or your pet aren’t featured, please let our team know when you arrive.

General
19. Spreyton Cider Co isn’t responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to pets, people or belongings during the event, except where required by law.
20. We may change or cancel the event due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll contact booked guests if this happens.
