Our cherry vinegar begins with sweet black cherries grown on our orchards in North West Tasmania.
The fruit is pressed and naturally fermented into a true cherry vinegar, not an infused blend.
The result is a full bodied vinegar suited to dressings, marinades, reductions or simply enjoyed as a balsamic style drizzle with fresh bread and olive oil.
Left unfiltered to preserve natural goodness, it is also suitable for daily dilution as part of a wellness routine.
