caravan parking terms & conditions

Camping is on private property and is not a managed campground. By staying on the property, guests agree to the following conditions. Camping is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Important conditions

  1. Camping is available on Saturday, 20 June 2026.
  2. Only 40 sites are available.
  3. Entry is strictly limited to guests holding a valid Spreyton Solstice ticket.
    Tickets must be presented on entry.
  4. Fully self-contained caravans only. Vehicles must have their own toilet, water
    storage, and waste facilities.
  5. No tents are permitted, as the camping area is a paddock with uneven ground
    and is unsuitable for tent camping.
  6. Check-in times are as follows:
    – Saturday, 20 June 2025: from 12noon to 7pm
    – All caravans must be vacated by 4pm, Sunday, 21 June 2026
    – Check-in outside these times is not permitted to assist with traffic flow and
    noise management.
  7. Access to the property may be restricted or cancelled due to weather or
    ground conditions. No liability is accepted for weather-related disruptions.
  8. The camping address at Spreyton Cider Co, Sheffield Road access.
  9. All caravans must be vacated by 4pm, Sunday, 21 June

General Camping Rules

  1. Guests are responsible for their own camping setup, equipment, and safety at all times.
  2. There are no powered sites, amenities, or waste facilities provided.
  3. All rubbish must be taken with you when you leave. Please leave the site
    clean and as you found it.
  4. Campfires are not permitted under any circumstances.
  5. Please respect the land, wildlife, and surrounding environment. Do not
    damage trees, vegetation, fences, or infrastructure.
  6. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level. All music and excessive noise must
    cease by 10 pm to respect neighbours and other guests.
  7. Vehicles must remain on designated access areas. Do not drive over
    paddocks, vegetation, or soft ground.
  8. Children must be supervised at all times.
  9. To reserve a camping location, guests must advise the size of their vehicle
    and caravan, and the nights they wish to book.
  10. Each camping site is limited to one vehicle and caravan unless otherwise
    approved.
  11. The camping fee is $20 per night per site. All funds raised will be donated to
    charity.
  12. Responsible behaviour is expected at all times. Disorderly or unsafe
    behaviour will not be tolerated.
  13. Emergency access routes must be kept clear at all times.
  14. Camping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise advised.
  15. The property owner accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to
    persons, vehicles, or belongings.
  16. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in guests being
    asked to leave the property.
