Finding somewhere for lunch is easier when there is good food, room to relax and something for everyone. At Spreyton Cider Co., you can enjoy seasonal Tasmanian food beside our working family orchard, just a short drive from Devonport.

Our restaurant serves lunch seven days a week, with relaxed Friday night dinners too. Whether you are catching up with friends, bringing the family or exploring the North West, we would love to welcome you.

Seasonal food beside the orchard

Our seasonal menu includes burgers, smaller plates and platters to share, along with desserts and scones when you fancy something sweet. Enjoy your meal with a cider, try a tasting paddle or choose from our non-alcoholic drinks.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please speak with our team when booking.

Bring the children and your dog/s

A family lunch should be enjoyable for everyone. Our enclosed playground gives children somewhere to play under your supervision, while indoor and outdoor seating lets you choose a spot that suits your group.

Dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas too. Bring them along, keep them on a lead and settle in together for lunch beside the orchard.

Our fifth-generation family business has grown around apples, and a visit gives you a chance to enjoy the place behind our products.

Arriving on the Spirit of Tasmania or travelling around the North West? Plan a lunch stop at Spreyton and take a little time to enjoy the orchard before continuing your journey.

We have parking for caravans and campervans, and our venue is wheelchair accessible. You can also browse the cellar door and pick up ciders, ginger beers, sparkling beverages or vinegars to take home.

Make a Friday evening of it

Leave the cooking to us on Friday. With relaxed dinners and the cellar door open until 8 pm, it is a lovely way to finish the week with friends or family.

Cellar door:  Open daily from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm and until 8.00pm on Friday nights

Kitchen:  Lunch daily from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm and Friday dining from 11.30 am to 7.00 pm
