Dog photos with Santa: Dogs are always a hit with Santa. Bring yours on a lead, and maybe practise that sit and stay at home first. Cats, rabbits and small pets: Got a cat, a bunny or a pet mouse? Bring them along too. A secure carrier can help smaller pets feel safe while they wait their turn.

- Have your camera or phone ready before you step up.
- Keep it relaxed. A wriggly pet still makes a great photo.
- Sit, stay and strike a pose with Santa.
Make an afternoon of it at the Spreyton Cellar Door
Once the photos are done, stick around. Spreyton has been a family orchard since 1908. Five generations later, we’re still growing apples and cherries here, and our ciders start in our own orchard. At the Cellar Door you can try our ciders, Traditional Ginger Beer, sparkling drinks and juices. Enjoy lunch fresh from the Orchard Kitchen.
Bringing the kids? There’s a kids’ tasting paddle, juice, games, an outdoor playground, icecreams and plenty of room to run in the orchard. Dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas on a lead, and there’s always a water bowl filled.
Christmas gifts from Tasmania
Need a present for someone back home? Pick up a few Tasmanian favourites at the Cellar Door, or shop online and send them straight to their door.
