Celebrate with a difference at Spreyton

off the press

There’s something about gathering under the apple trees. The orchard rolls out around you, the light softens through the afternoon, and the day settles into the easy pace a good celebration should keep. We’ve been growing and pressing on this patch of Tasmania since 1908, and there’s nothing we like more than seeing it full of people marking a moment that matters.

We have two venues, each with its own feel, so you can match the space to the occasion.

The Party Barn

The Party Barn is built for the bigger gatherings, the ones with a guest list that keeps growing and a dance floor that earns its keep. Weddings, milestone birthdays, work parties and any celebration that wants a bit of room to move all feel right at home here. The layout is flexible, so it works just as well for a seated dinner as it does for a cocktail evening that runs long.

The Cellar Door

The Cellar Door is the warmer, more relaxed option. It suits team and sporting wind ups, family get-togethers, engagement parties, long lunches that drift happily into the afternoon, and the smaller celebrations that are no less special for keeping things intimate. Pull up a seat, look out over the orchard, and settle in.

Whatever the occasion

From 18ths and 21sts to baby showers, weddings, Christmas parties and corporate events, we’ll help you put together something your guests will still be talking about months later.

Our kitchen builds menus around seasonal Tasmanian produce, and you can choose from our packages or work with the team to create something that’s all yours. To drink, there’s our full cider range on tap alongside local wines, craft beers and other Tasmanian favourites. Indoor and outdoor areas mean the weather looks after itself without the day losing any of its atmosphere.

Booking is filling up fast

Our dates are going quickly, so it’s worth getting in early to lock in yours. Mark, our Cellar Door Manager, looks after every enquiry personally and knows these venues inside out. He’s the one to talk to about turning a date in the diary into a day to remember.

Send your enquiry through to Mark, or give us a call on (03) 6427 3664.
